• Boiled moth (matki)
• Onion
• Cucumber
• Tomato
• Carrot
• Beetroot
• Fresh coriander leaves
• Salt (as per taste)
• Lemon juice
Method:
1. Take boiled moth in a bowl.
2. Add finely chopped onion, cucumber, tomato, carrot & beetroot.
3. Add salt and fresh lemon juice.
4. Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.
5. Serve fresh for a healthy start 🌱
