Описание: Speeded up because roasting coffee is not a quick process - certainly not if you wish to develop the full flavour of the coffee you are roasting. At this angle we can see the roast profile curve from the Toper Coffee Roaster and also the flame of it's gas burner which I adjust to stretch out my roast time.
