Staff at the Ramsgate Veterinary Clinic were expecting their next appointment to be a cat. They got a shock when a newborn bull calf walked through their doors instead.
It started like any other day at the clinic. They were understaffed, overbooked and running a single-doctor schedule when the clinic received a phone call from a client who said he needed to bring his “cat” in for treatment.
Their receptionist, Courtney, told the client to bring the animal in. When the owner arrived, he asked Krueger to help him get the door.
“I walked out and looked in the truck. No cat, but there was a bull-calf sitting right in the passenger seat,” Krueger said.
