Rep Your Zone as Rotary District 9112 Hosts Unity Evening with the District Governor

Описание: Rotary International District 9112 is set to host the second edition of Evening with the District Governor, themed “Rep Your Zone: Unity Evening with the District Governor,” tomorrow, Thursday, January 29, 2026, at the Rotary Centre, 8 Ladoke Akintola Street, Ikeja GRA, Lagos, by 4 pm.

The event will celebrate the leadership of District Governor Rotarian Lanre Adedoyin, FCIA and will be held under the theme “Fostering Fellowship, Promoting Unity.”

According to a press release issued by the Chairman of the Evening with the District Governor Planning Committee, Rotarian Olugbenga Babayemi, the event is designed to strengthen fellowship, unity, and collaboration among members of the District.

"This event promises to be a vibrant celebration filled with camaraderie. Attendees can look forward to an evening of music, dance, and special recognitions under the theme ‘Fostering Fellowship, Promoting Unity," he said.

The programme will feature Awards and Recognition for outstanding service, a Zonal Dancing Competition led by Zonal Coordinators and Club Assistant Governors, Multi-club Training, and WeCare Committee moments. Guests will also enjoy food and drinks, live band performances, a DJ, and other engaging activities aimed at promoting fellowship and interaction.

Rotarian Babayemi noted that the gathering provides an opportunity for Rotarians to connect, recognise outstanding contributions, and deepen bonds within the District.

"We look forward to an evening that will not only recognise outstanding leadership but also foster deeper fellowship within our District," he added.
