Looking for a couple of travel workouts during the holidays?
Here’s 3….
1. 15 minutes EMOM (every minute on the minute)
EVEN- 10 jump squats 10 walking lunges
ODD- 10 burpees 10 pushups
Scaled- air squats, reverse lunges, no pushup burpee, pushup from knees
Goal is to complete the reps with short rest before the minute is up so you are beginning the next reps on the minute
Dr. Ryan’s challenge- Do 30 minutes instead of 15!
2. 50 dumbbell man-makers for time
-choose desired weight that is challenging
Scaled- Body weight only with no dumbbell
Dr. Ryan’s challenge- Men use 40 lbs women use 25 lbs!
3. 3 rounds for time
5 wall walks
10 box jumps
15 situps
Scaled- 15 to 20 second plank hold, box step ups, crunches
Dr. Ryan’s challenge- Do 5 rounds instead of 3 rounds!
