Dr. William Thomas is a physician, internationally known author, and teacher whose wide range of work explores the terrain of human aging. He is the founder of the Eden Alternative and Eden at Home which examines the three plagues of loneliness, boredom and helplessness from which elders and care partners suffer. Project Dana has conducted Eden at Home workshops across the state since 2008. Certified Project Dana Eden at Home Associates have trained over 8000 family caregivers, volunteers, state and county offices on aging, staff from private and public agencies and faith-based organizations on the 10 Principles of Eden at Home.
