After three years of faithful service and a few white distilled vinegar cleanings, our Dupray Neat steam cleaners's hose dispenser was clogged. If you can turn a screwdriver, you can fix your steam cleaner!
p.s. Dupray no longer recommends using vinegar to clean the unit. I guess this will become regular maintnence over time, unless your water source is as pure as the polar ice caps melting.
