Some customer confused that if thier loan is covered under CGFMU/CGTMSE guarantee than why banks is asking them to repay the loan or settled their Loan.
This is misconception, bank has every right to ask customer to repay its loans, if bank has exercised all its legal actions and then also bank is failed to recover full amount from banks. Then bank file claim under CGFMU and CGTMSE for compensation of unrecovered loan amount.
