Описание:
5th Exercise in the classical order.
Set up: sitting, grab legs and pull them towards your chest.
Look down towards your knees.
Inhale to rock/roll back, exhale to return back to sitting, without resting your feet on the Mat.
Repeat 6x
Modification:
Start lying on your back, hug both knees into chest and lift your head toward your knees.
Start to rocking back and forth.
Cues:
Keep your spine rounded
Keep your chin tucked towards chest
