From her early days as a student at Des Moines University to directing health care administration programs across the country, Dr. Stebbins embodies the values of collaboration and service.

After earning her Master of Health Care Administration (MHA) from DMU in 1993, she stayed on as faculty for more than two decades, helping guide the program to CAHME accreditation. Today, as Program Director at Texas Woman’s University, she continues to elevate health care education and mentor future leaders.
