Three children — including one who implied they had a gun — tried to carjack a Highlandtown woman just outside her home Monday night. The incident was captured on video by a Ring doorbell camera. The stars all seemed to line up for Bev Brooks. After she made a lot of noise, many of her neighbors heard her screams and came out to help.
