Описание: I’ve always wanted to create character desserts for my favorite anime characters~ And with St. Patrick’s Day, I’ve found the perfect excuse to zero in on my favorite green magical girls 🙂‍↕️ This just may be the start of something.

【Recipes】
🍀 Heart Lock puff pastry:
1 box of puff pastry sheets
1 cup green grapes, chopped
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp lemon juice

🧵 Lillian thumbprint cookies (recipe below makes 15-16 cookies):
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg yolks
1 cup + 2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp matcha
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup white chocolate, finely chopped
2 tbsp + 2 tsp cup heavy cream
2 tbsp cup freeze-dried strawberry powder

🌹 Jupiter marble loaf:
260g flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
160g unsalted butter, melted and cooled
140g sugar
2 eggs
240g yogurt
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp matcha powder
2 tsp freeze-dried strawberry powder
250g icing sugar, sifted
3 tbsp of milk

🌼 Felice cloud matcha:
Strawberry cream:
3 strawberries (frozen or fresh)
A splash of water
1/4 cup heavy cream, cold
1 to 2 tbsp sweetener of choice
Matcha latte:
1 tsp matcha powder
2 tbsp hot water
1 tbsp sweetener of choice
1/2 cup milk of choice
Ice
