Rail Baltica Neris Bridge in Lithuania is being built using three advanced construction technologies, and movable scaffolding system (MSS) is the first of them.
In this clip, we highlight the MSS in action. A steel structure is filled with concrete, unlocked after 3 days, and then moved to the next span between piers. This process will be repeated dozens of times.
MSS is a highly efficient technology, implemented by the Norwegian company Strukturas AS.
Spanning 1,51 km this bridge will be the longest railway bridge in Baltic countries.
