Fury said he would look good against big lumbering Heavyweights who can't really move well (like Wilder) but conversely will look awful against smaller, faster Heavyweights.
Usyk is small (for a modern Heavyweight) and quick. He has excellent timing and moves well.
Stylistically, he's a nightmare for Fury. That may not guarantee a win, but he definitely has decent potential to beat Fury, should he stay injury free.

As previously stated, if Usyk cannot nail down Fury, he will target knockout master Deontay Wilder after this bout with Robert Helenius on October 15.
Usyk was interested in former heavyweight titlist Deontay Wilder since it seems increasingly likely that Fury will be preoccupied with a fight with Joshua or others.
Another reason, Usyk looks for winners to fight, not to win over losers. That's why he's waiting for Wilder after his October 15th.
