R2R's 11th Anniversary | A Day of Reflection & Celebration in Samal

Описание: WATCH | Last July, Ridge to Reef celebrated its 11th Anniversary with a 3D2N getaway in the beautiful Island of Samal. 🌊 Day 2 opened with Strategic Planning and MIS Integration, followed by an insightful seminar on Managing Emotions led by Clinical Christian Counselor, Seminary Faculty, and Missionary Dr. Ermela “Ging” Deposa.

By the afternoon, the energy shifted to fun and creativity with a Coachella-themed photoshoot, and as the sun set, the celebration kicked off with a catwalk of R2R employees, inspiring opening remarks from R2R Construction President Engr. Diego Tautho, and a festive dinner with live music by the High Frequency band.

The evening came alive with sing-and-dance performances from the Admin, Business Development, Consultancy, Heavy Equipment, and Planning and Design departments, and continued as we proudly recognized our Loyaltee Awardees for 5 years of dedicated service and awarded the winners from Day 1 team building, the night’s performances, and the Best Dressed employees.

And before wrapping up our 3D2N celebration in Samal Islands, the R2R kids took the spotlight with a painting session, creating artworks that will bring color to the walls of R2R Realty’s Airbnb project. With spirits high, the team packed up and made their way back to Davao City—grateful for the memories and inspired to carry the same energy into the journeys ahead.

More than a celebration, our 11th Anniversary was a powerful reminder of what makes Ridge to Reef successful: shared purpose, genuine connection, and a team that continues to grow while celebrating every win together. 💚
