Join me today as I bring you a real critic's review of the Daewoo Express Bus Service from Multan to Karachi. In this video I will be sharing my honest experience of traveling with Daewoo Express, covering all aspects of the journey, including the bus condition, staff behavior, and overall service quality.
There were three glaring issues which needs immediate attention of Daewoo Express Management
Number 1 is absence of media entertainment. All their 2+2 busses on the longest routes between Karachi Lahore & Karachi Islamabad does not have LCD/LED/Tablet screens thus depriving passengers from watching movies, songs, cartoons, etc., LCD/LED screens are provided on their sleeper buses though. I think 18 to 20 hours journey without any entertainment is a bad idea.
Number 2: Since there are no LCD/LED, just one large LED just above the driver's head shows tv dramas and/or movies but passengers cannot listen to whatever being played because Daewoo Express doesn't provide any headphones nor there is any socket to plug-in the headphones. It means passengers can only watch that LCD but cannot hear. I found this weird.

Number 3: Daewoo Express offers one time meal only at Sukkur Terminal and that too always is Chicken or Beef Biryani, irrespective of time of the day. There is no proper or decent seating arrangement for passengers to sit and eat. All passengers had to eat Biryani while standing. This is quite insulting.

I hope Daewoo Express Management will take appropriate action after watching this video.

Otherwise Daewoo Express is a good and reputable transport company and are popular for their punctuality, trained & professional onboard crew, & extensive network across Pakistan.
