When Unforgiveness Keeps You Bound

This week we're talking about the kind of forgiveness that costs you something. The kind that feels unfair. The kind that exposes just how deep the wound actually is. Hebrews 12:1 tells us to lay aside every weight, and unforgiveness is often invisible to everyone else but heavy all the same. It tethers us to the past, asking us to stay emotionally attached to the very thing that hurt us.


We'll clarify what forgiveness is and isn't: it's not saying it was okay, not forgetting, not reconciliation without repentance, and not removing boundaries. Forgiveness is releasing the debt, trusting God with justice, and choosing freedom for yourself. You'll learn how unforgiveness keeps you trapped in the past, consumes emotional energy, hardens the heart, and poisons other relationships and discover practical steps to begin the process of release.


Because you cannot run unhindered while carrying unforgiveness.
