At Miniclip, we like to maintain a friendly and relaxed work environment, while also taking pride in working hard. Across our offices in Italy, Portugal, Switzerland and the UK, we have an open and collaborative working culture where every employee’s voice can be heard as we strive to make the best games. We are dedicated to entertaining our 200 million monthly players through 8 Ball Pool, Soccer Stars, Agar.io or any one of our 1000+ browser games!

We always aim to make sure Miniclippers are having a lot of fun, too, so we created offices with plenty of opportunities for team building, social events, or just hanging out. Our open plan offices are equipped with games areas: you can challenge your colleagues at console games, table football and ping pong, or shoot some pool! Other daily perks include free hot and cold drinks, fresh fruit, and – in the summer – ice cream!

We like to catch up weekly over breakfast, and share a pizza lunch together every month. Once every couple of months, we also all take an afternoon off for an office outing. We recently visited Lisbon Zoo (and brought our families along), played laser tag, went bowling, and enjoyed BBQs on our roof terrace.

We help you stay active at work with weekly yoga and pilates classes in our offices for those who want to join, as well as offering healthcare insurance packages and a host of other employee benefits.
