Liberty Village Outlet Mall (DEAD!!) - Raw & Real Retail

Описание: This is our walkthrough of the Liberty Village Outlet Marketplace, formerly known as Premium Outlets in Flemington, NJ from June 1, 2021. This is a very dead outdoor outlet mall that was owned by Simon Property Group until just a couple years ago, when they handed it off to the dreaded Namdar Realty Group. Most of the property is in serious disrepair, not only with weeds as tall as your head in spots but also a handful of buildings that have placards on them stating they are unsafe for human occupancy. Most buildings are rotting away from the elements and the only signs of business seem to be some pretty big names. Brooks Brothers, Ann Taylor, Timberland, American Eagle Outfitters. Seems odd that everything else is long gone but these well known names remain.
