I’m really glad you’re here.

In today’s open studio livestream, I’ll be working on an in-progress piece called The Guardian, which I’m creating specifically to hang in my dining room at home.

I began this painting during my time at the Golden Residency, and it’s a deeply personal piece for me. I’ll be continuing to explore it in real time, talking through my decisions as the work unfolds.

These livestreams are not step by step instruction. They are energetic, conversational, and deeply community-centered. I’m very present in the chat, responding to questions, sharing what’s coming up for me in the process, and connecting with this vibrant community here.
