Описание: Calgary flames and Seattle kraken preseason. Players receive the puck with their backside facing open ice in order to use their bodies to shield the puck from the opposing team. They receive the puck either on their forehand or backhand in order to be able to move the puck quickly if needed. Common mistakes are receiving the puck with the players butt against the boards and stopping it with their foot. This exposes the puck, makes it awkward to handle, and makes the receiving player fair game for a body check.
