JDU Party President G.M. Shaheen Launches Membership Drive in Jammu & Kashmir
Jammu, March 22: JDU Party President G.M. Shaheen, along with district presidents and the state executive body, officially launched a mass membership drive in Jammu & Kashmir today.
Addressing reporters, Shaheen announced the party’s ambitious target of enrolling 20 lakh new members across the region. He emphasized that people are joining JDU in large numbers as they see no alternative to the party.
Shaheen strongly criticized the National Conference, accusing it of betraying the people of Jammu & Kashmir. He slammed the previous government for failing to clear the long-pending dues of contractors and accused former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah of being self-centered, focused on his luxurious lifestyle while ignoring the plight of common citizens.
JDU remains committed to fighting for the rights of the people and providing a credible alternative to misgovernance.
