Описание: Spencer here is the last mastermind to unlock... so far. He has a completely different playstyle to the other masterminds though I believe he has the potential to excel in many ways. His most interesting perk in my opinoin is his ability to gain bio energy from using the E.I.S. Environment Interaction System. Anytime he locks a door, turns off a light, sets off a mine, he gains energy. Most people use him for guns on cameras and such but with that kind of ability, who knows that is possible.
