Conditions deteriorated as Tropical Storm Elsa moved past Beaufort County, SC. Widespread flooding, high wind events, and a couple of possible tornadoes impacted the county. A severe thunderstorm warning was issued, in addition to multiple tornado warnings, for 80mph wind gusts.
This footage is from Bluffton, SC and Port Royal, SC. No reported injuries occurred, but first responders kept busy with activated alarms and structure fires from the storm.
