It's Spring and we're back for another hike! It's 6am, so you'll get to see the Lake District scenery in the beautiful morning mist.

This time, we weave our way through the forest before heading down to explore along the shores of Thirlmere. We will then head up the short but steep ascent to the high point of Raven Crag, a Wainwright.

We visit various viewpoints along the way and explore the old Wythburn church as well as the controversial history of Thirlmere reservoir.

Tip: If you want to do this walk but reduce the distance, you can make this a linear walk by simply hopping on the 555 bus that runs along Thirlmere reservoir.
