Welcome to my Tretinoin and hydroquinone skincare routine for adult acne and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. I have been using Tretinoin cream for 6 months now and the tret WITH hydroquinone for around 2 months. My skin is quite inflamed at the moment but I know from my skin history that this will calm down.

In this video I go through my morning skincare routine to fight acne and pigmentation as well as my evening skincare routine where I use 0.05% Tretinoin and 4% hydroquinone from dermatica.

In the evening I keep my skincare routine simple and used the sandwich 🥪 moisture method, applying a thin layer of lotion before my potent prescription treatment and a thicker cream after my treatment. This helps me with dryness and also irritation as The hydroquinone and Tretinoin formula is highly irritating. 🙃
