Veg Oil: 2 Table Spoon
Red Chilli: 1 (Longly Chopped)
Chopped Tomatoes: 1 medium size
1/2 tea spoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
Ginger: finely chopped 1 table spoon
Chopped onions: 1 small size
Salt as per your taste
A pinch of Hing is optional
