Basic genomes lesson - mRNA has four nucleotides - Adenine, Cytosine, Guanine and Uracil. Any three makes a codon. Therefore there can be 64 different types of codons. (4x4x4) Every codon has a purpose which is translated by the ribosome in a cell. Some combinations translate the codons into an amino acid and some codons give instructions. Three Uracil’s in a row give the ribosome the instruction to stop translating codons into amino acids.

This is basic textbook biochemistry.

A few years ago a doctor with a PHD in genomics from Cambridge asked the TGA if replacing Uracil with methylpsuedouridine in the mRNA jab would result in “codon read through” because the ribosome would not recognise the synthetic (I.e.manmade) codon and keep translating the mRNA resulting in deformed proteins being made by your cells causing all sorts of harm.

The TGA of course replied they had no documents to that effect.

In genetics, a nonsense mutation is a point mutation in a sequence of DNA that results in a nonsense codon, or a premature stop codon in the transcribed mRNA, and leads to a truncated, incomplete, and possibly nonfunctional protein product. Testing showed the mRNA vaccines had produced many truncated proteins.

It turns out that tests had been carried out (not by Pfizer or the TGA of course) showing that using methylpsuedouridine did result in codon read through.

I asked the TGA about this in estimates. Of course they took it on notice only to reply with a straight out lie claiming the test put the codon in a premature position. Ribosomes have no idea what a premature position is, they just read the codon regardless of what codons precede it.

Furthermore the claim they have three stop codons doesn’t cut it either. A leaky bucket is a leaky bucket. If the ribosome doesn’t recognise methylpseudouridine then it doesn’t matter how many codons are put in.

Long story short, not only did the TGA not do any testing on the use of methylpsuedouridine they are now lying about it.
