Little millet are the smallest minor millets and is known as Kutki in Hindi and Samai in Tamil.
It boosts immunity and has exceptional nutritional values.
Little millets are also rich in protein, fats, antioxidants, complex carbs, vitamins and minerals. This makes them complete food.
These are non-acidic, non-allergic, and gluten free, which makes them soothing and easy to digest.
Instant Little Millet Handvo recipe;
1. Take 1 cup of OGMO Little Millet Masala Idli/Dosa Premix in a bowl.
Add about 3/4th cup of water and mix well with a spoon.
2. Add finely chopped tomatoes, onion, capsicum and fresh coriander leaves in it.
3. Add 1/2tsp. eno and 1/2 tsp. red chilly powder in batter and mix well.
4. Heat 2 tsp. oil in a pan. Add mustard and sesame seeds in it.
5. Pour the batter in thick layer, do not spread the batter.
6. Cover the pan and let it cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.
7. Flip to other side carefully and cook for 10 more minutes.
Serve it hot with tea. Eat it with coconut/mint chutney or as is.

IMPORTANT Pointers
Fibre and complex carb in Minor millet are weaved together and starts from the centre to the outer layer in concentric circles.If the grains are not pre-soaked before cooking, these fibre may cause bloating, indigestion and constipation.
Two most important pointers to remember while including these healthy Minor millet in your diet are;
1. Always opt for unpolished minor millets, as polished millet are devoid of many nutrients.
2. Pre-soaking the grains for 6-8 hours to loosen up the fibre layers.
