Emotional Suppression

Confusion when making decisions
Self Sabotage patterns
Co-dependence (because of a strong need to depend on others for making decisions)
There could be any number of other behaviors and patterns linked to it.

Now what is Invalidation abuse?
Any form of information given that says your decision, choice, emotion and experience is inappropriate.

Note: Criticism is different from Invalidation.

The most of this form of abuse is experienced from parents or in close relationships where the other person is given authority.
