Shocking moment three-year-old girl disappears into 6ft manhole after cover flips over as she plays on it.
Three-year old Anastasia Pierce plummeted down the hole after rushing on top of it in a communal garden in Stourbridge, West Midlands.
Thankfully the youngster escaped the fall with just a swollen knee and a lump on her head.
But her horrified mother Danny Lee Pearce says the dramatic accident could have broken her daughter's neck.
