Modern Warfare 2 Crashing On Startup FIXED | STEAM VERSION

Описание: Hey, Budz!
I came across this issue a few weeks ago. After refunding, and repurchasing at a later time (when the game was on sale) I still couldn't get the game to run. It kept saying "Stop" and then would switch to "Play"

I skimmed through reddit and found an old post that solved the issue for me! I figured I would share this fix to everyone else in hopes that people in a similar situation to me won't have to go through all this mess!
