In this video I compare two muffins with very different backgrounds. One is a rustic Banana Cinnamon Muffin and the other is a fresh Lemon Blueberry Muffin. One was born from the great depression and was about minimising food waste. The other Came out of Aisa and the trade routes growing and greenhouse cultivation expanding, citrus become more common place.While making the muffins I share some science and history behind the baked goods and leave you with a question- Which do you choose?
