Employment contracts are divided into the following types:
Subordinate work
The subordinate employment contract is characterized by a "subordination" of the worker, who in exchange for remuneration undertakes to perform his work under the dependence and direction of another person.
Parasubordinate work
Parasubordinate work indicates a type of work with characteristics intermediate between those of subordinate work and those of self-employment. These are forms of collaboration carried out continuously over time, coordinated with the organizational structure of the employer, but without the constraint of subordination.
