As much as I love FNV RWL Mod, I kind of resent how dark it gets after 8PM. After ages trying to find a fix without luck, I decided to take matters in my own hands and figured out a way to 'fix' the mod with the help of FNVEdit (available on Nexus Mods).
I find the sweet spot to be around 0.80 to 1.00 but you can adjust it to your liking (1.10 is 'vanilla' default).
