On Thursday, July 31, SEC Chairman Paul Atkins delivered a major crypto policy address, following the previous day’s release of the President’s Working Group on Digital Asset Markets recommendations to strengthen American leadership in digital financial technology. The Chairman’s address entitled, “American Leadership in the Digital Finance Revolution,” was hosted by America First Policy Institute at The Willard Center, in Washington, D.C.
