This video follows a real-world plumbing installation where what should have been a straightforward WC change quickly turns into a much bigger job.

The original toilet is removed and replaced with a comfort height WC, ideal for improved accessibility and everyday comfort. However, during the install we discover the toilet is cracked, causing an issue as the old one has alreasy been removed!

Alongside the toilet replacement, the job also includes redoing the pipework to the toilet, changing the basin taps, replacing the basin waste, and installing a brand-new outdoor garden tap. This video shows exactly how these plumbing tasks are handled on site, the challenges that crop up, and how they’re overcome using proper plumbing techniques and experience.
