Описание: Gen. David Sejusa delays his return to Uganda, according to his lawyer and aide, and is now expected Sunday morning.
This comes as security deployed heavily at the Entebbe International Airport and along Entebbe Road, amid speculation that he would be arrested on arrival.
The media was blocked from accessing the airport, amid reports that a plane carrying a Sri Lankan president was mistaken for one carrying Gen. Sejusa.
