300g Onion
300g Zucchini
125g Chickpea flour
4g Baking powder
240g Plant milk, vegetable broth or just water
A dash of vinegar
Salt, pepper and/or spices to taste
Vegetable oil (olive oil)

500g Patata
300g Cebolla
300g Calabacín
125g Harina de garbanzo
4g Polvos de hornear
240g Leche vegetal, caldo vegetal, o agua
Un chorrito de vinagre
Sal, pimiento y/o especias al gusto
Aceite vegetal (aceite de oliva)
