I start with a pre-shampoo treatment using Jamaican Black Castor Oil to protect my curls and lock in moisture. Then I follow up with my favorite biotin shampoo and scalp massager to deeply cleanse and stimulate my scalp. I continue with Shea Moisture conditioner and a wide tooth comb to help gently detangle and nourish my curls. 🧴

To restore elasticity and hydration, I use a deep nourishing hair mask and let it sit overnight after applying more Jamaican black castor oil to my roots. This overnight treatment helps keep my curls hydrated, bouncy, and prevents heat damage from becoming permanent.
