Easy Bisquick Chocolate Chip Cookies (NO FLOUR NEEDED!)

BISQUICK CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES RECIPE
These cookies are moist and cake-like in consistency. If you'd like a less cake-like cookie, use 2 cups of baking mix instead of 2¾ cups.
Ingredients:
1 stick of unsalted, softened butter
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 egg
2¾ cups Bisquick baking mix (use 2 CUPS for a flatter, less cake-like cookie)
1 cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, add butter, sugar, vanilla and egg. Beat until well combined. Gradually add in baking mix. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Cookies will not spread much at all.
***** If you want a flatter less cake-like cookie, use 2 CUPS of baking mix and roll the dough into balls and flatten with a glass or the palm of your hand.
Bake 10-13 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.
