today i woke up and decided i absolutely needed french toast… so obviously we’re making it together. i wouldn’t say i’m a professional chef, but i do have confidence. and that counts for something! if you’re here for a chaotic cooking moment, background noise, or just to hang out while i attempt breakfast, i’m so glad you’re here!

what you’ll need:
keto bread
150g (2/3 cup) egg whites
cinnamon
a splash of vanilla extract
sweetener of choice (i used stevia)
sugar-free maple syrup
optional: pb fit powder

how to make:

1.) pour 150g (2/3 cup) of egg whites into a bowl
2.) add cinnamon, a splash of vanilla extract, and sweetener
3.) mix well
4.) dunk bread into the egg white mixture (both sides)
5.) sprinkle more cinnamon and evenly coat both sides
6.) spray a pan with oil
7.) place the french toast onto the pan and cook until golden
8.) optional: mix 16g (2 tbsp) of pb fit powder with water until you reach your desired consistency
9.) remove french toast from the stove and spread the pb mixture on top
10.) finish with sugar-free syrup and extra cinnamon
11.) eat and enjoy :)
