Our team provided personnel, equipment, & resources to assist the Billings NCSG Branch in completion of the trans-load, hauling, and storage of (4) 1,000,000 lb reactors.
These vessels were shipped overseas by barge, loaded on to train cars, and shipped via rail to Billings, MT. Upon arrival, ETI and NCSG worked as a team to trans-load the vessels from the rail to platform trailer, and to transport the vessels, one by one, to a storage location on the other end of the plant.
All aspects of this project were engineered & planned carefully with extensive detail, consisting of more than 100 man hours. Planning involved critical lift plans, ground bearing pressures, axle loads, route surveys, and fabrication of specialized equipment.
