Dazai left Port Mafia around his 18 after Odasaku's death. He staying low for a while, and he met with Fukuzawa earlier (AU!) (and Ango already wiped his records), he joined ADA around his age of 18-19. He's after Ranpo and Yosano. And, at the same time, Gotham having a new threat villain that has special ability (like in BSD), they couldn't fight since they didn't know the origin, so Bruce/Batman made decision to need ADA help since they're an organization that handling relating supernatural cases. (Batman knew about ADA and PM because those organization are well-known wide.) Fukuzawa sends Dazai to help Batfam about that threat, Bruce might as well take him as a "family" member, legally took him in, since Dazai will staying long there to help them. But, when Dazai arrived, they have high expectations on him. Bruce even taking the chance to make Dazai as the next Robin, but failed. (Because he "cant" see the potential in him and since they didn't know about Dazai past, (they/not all) mostly underestimated him) So Dazai only stay there help taking down the threat (not as Robin, only as Dazai.) Additionally, Dazai's personality of "naive and lazy" detective, seems made them losing hope more. Does actually Dazai can help them? or not?. (They didn't know what Dazai ability is.)

Fun facts:

(Without even telling, Dazai could tell they're

vigilantes before Bruce made the offer.)

(Dazai can see Bruce as a father figure in some way.)

(Bruce see Dazai as a wasted of potential/perhaps weak, but at the same time, he cared.)

(Jason and Richard respects Dazai as a new member+ see Dazai as a little brother.)

(Tim is naturally fine with him but dislike abit about Dazai's lack of "diligent")

(Damian? He hates Dazai. (but not always?..))
