But here is the strange phenomena I have noticed in my life. Being in the car business I have met a ton of upper management figures that get the big pay checks ($15k per month plus a company demo and gasoline paid for) and the perks, but they still don't seem happy.

They're always pissed off and love taking out their frustrations on the people underneath them. Don't be believe pay attention to your bosses' tone of voice when they get frustrated. Notice that when your getting chewed out, that 90% of the time it real has nothing to do with you, but real their is something that is stressing the out.
