Fun chipper style workout that kicked my butt. Give my little talk at the beginning but as a recap it went exactly how I thought it would. Happy with mostly everything, but following that first round of deadlifts the idea of the second 50 was just sitting in the back of my mind during the wall balls and dips. And boy did it deliver. That, and the rows, was the biggest difference between the pros and an average joe like me. Also, my judge only made me go to 49 box jumps the second time…Give this one a go!
