Описание: This video is one of a series of 5 minute exercise and movement flow routines. Each series only takes 5 minutes to complete. There are 5 exercises that you do for 30 seconds each. Therefore taking 5 minutes.

Just like the UK government currently recommends 5-a-day when it comes to fruit & vegetable intake, I would suggest that doing ‘5-a-day’ when it comes to movement is a good rule of thumb. Of course, you can do more than 5 minutes. That’s just the minimum. Just like I recommend more than 5-a-day when it comes to fruit & veg too.

So you can stack more than one of these 5-a-day movement flows as time allows. There are 9 different focus areas in these exercise and movement routines.

1. MOBILITY Series- just for getting you moving after sitting, sleeping etc
