The first resurrection includes two waves of saints (in 31 C.E. and 2033 C.E.).
The second resurrection is the rest of mankind (at the end of the 7th millennium).
Like Jesus stated, Enoch and Elijah did not ascend into heaven, but died like all men and had to await the resurrection.
There are now 24 human elders in heaven as a result of the 31 C.E. resurrection.
King David will be part of the 2033 C.E. resurrection to rule and reign for the 7th millennium.
