INGREDIENTS (for 2-3 servings):
Chicken Wings 1/2 kg
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
All Purpose Flour 1 cup
Corn Flour 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Peprika Powder 1 tsp
Cooking Oil for Fry
Cooking Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic Chopped 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Ketchup 3-4 tbsp
Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
Honey 3-4 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Sesame seed
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Dry & Season: Pat wings completely dry. Toss with baking powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
2. Cook: Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 25-30 mins, flipping halfway, OR bake on a rack at 220°C (425°F) for 40-50 mins until crispy. For deep frying, fry at 175°C (350°F) for 10-12 mins.
3. Make Sauce: While wings cook, combine all sauce ingredients in a small saucepan. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
4. Coat: Toss the crispy wings in the warm sauce until evenly coated.
5. Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve immediately!
