River Spey Canoe Descent - Solo Canoeing & Wild Camping Scotland

A solo Open Canoe journey on the River Spey.
Favourable river levels and wind for a fairly quick descent in October 2019.
This video aims to tell the brief story.
Started at Laggan, departing 13:00 on the Monday.
Arrived Spey Bay on the Thursday at 11:45.

I've tried to be helpful detailing progress etc.
I wouldn't suggest using these timings for planning a journey with a larger group, or with inexperienced paddlers, or in lower river levels.
